The website is the property of Joostshop in its entirety as well as the rights to which it belongs. Any acquisition, in part or in whole, is systematically subject to the consent of the owner.
1. Acceptance of the terms and conditions.
At the time of ordering, the customer acknowledges that he has taken note of the general terms and conditions and declares to accept them without any conditions. These general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationships between Joostshop and the customer. The two parties accept them without reservation. These terms and conditions supersede any others that would appear on any other document except by written consent.
Photos of products are not covered by the contractual obligation. Joostshop cannot be held liable in case of deviations.
The automatic ordering system serves as proof of the type of order, content and date. Joostshop will confirm your order at the e-mail address you sent us. The sale is only effective once it has been confirmed. The seller is bound by the information provided by him: In case of errors in drawing up the coordinates, the seller cannot be held responsible if the product cannot be delivered. Do not forget to mention the reference of your order in all your communications to Joostshop.
Joostshop makes every effort to process the execution of your order and shipping by post, courier as quickly as possible. The stated delivery times are only an indication and not a binding term. If Joostshop cannot execute the order within a maximum period of thirty (30) full days, except in the event of force majeure, the customer will be notified and the agreement will be terminated by operation of law. Joostshop will then refund the amounts that the customer has already paid.
Import taxes and customs costs are borne by the customer in the event of foreign deliveries. Joostshop is not liable if the taxes have not been paid by the customer. The buyer has the right to return a defective delivered device under certain conditions. The goods always travel at the risk of the recipient, in the event of damage you have 48 hours to report it to us. An order can be delivered multiple times, but then the delivery costs will only be charged once.
You have 7 days to change your mind. In the event of an exchange or refund of goods, please return the originally delivered items, together with their accessories, instructions for use and documentation, in their original packaging intact and at your own expense to the following address:

In the event that someone exercises his right of withdrawal, Joostshop is obliged to refund the amount paid by the customer for the item, without any costs except shipping costs. The refund will be made within 30 days.
The prices are stated in EURO.
All prices exclude transport costs.
The price stated on the order form is the final price, including taxes, VAT and transport costs.
You will receive a confirmation of the order within 48 hours of placing the order. Payment can be made by bank card, Online Banking or bank transfer.
8. Points of Contention
The proposed contract is subject to Belgian law. Joostshop cannot be held responsible for any material, non-material or physical damage incurred as a result of poor operation or incorrect use of the product sold. Joostshop is also not liable for any changes made to the product by the manufacturer. In the event of difficulties in complying with this contract, the buyer has the option, before taking legal action, to reach an amicable settlement, including through the intervention of a professional association in the sector, a consumer association or another advisor of his choice. It is recalled that the search for an amicable settlement does not affect the "short length" of the legal guarantee. Complaints and disputes will always be given due attention. In the event of disputes, the customer first contacts the company to reach an amicable settlement. Only the courts of Antwerp have jurisdiction, regardless of the place of delivery or payment method.

10. Legal information
Collecting personal data during distance selling is mandatory. This information is necessary to process the shipping of orders and to prepare invoices. If you do not have this information, your order will not be valid. In accordance with the law, the customer has access to his data and has the right to change, correct or delete it. Joostshop undertakes not to share customer data with third parties.
Joostshop grants the customer a legal warranty of 2 years. Joostshop grants the customer a guarantee equal to the guarantee of its suppliers, starting from delivery for all hidden defects in the goods. Both for this guarantee and in general, Joostshop's liability, after approval of the supplier, is limited to the replacement of the product or the issuing of a voucher for the value of the invoiced price, excluding all other compensation.
The warranty as stated above does not apply if:
- not in accordance with their order or used improperly and/or
- instructions for use have not been observed and/or
- improper repairs have been carried out and/or
- changes have been made and/or (serial) numbers or seals have been damaged or removed.
- wear and tear on wristbands: a wristband is exposed to moisture during use. Depending on the acidity of the wearer's skin / perspiration, the wristband will wear out, discolor or even tear more quickly. Wear and tear to a wristband as a result of normal use is therefore not covered by the warranty.
