Why does Joostshop collect information?

Finally, the data collected is used to send out personal promotions, newsletters and advertising. However, we only do this after you explicitly agree to receiving the documents listed above.

* Corporate data are optional and only necessary if you require a tax invoice of the purchased goods.
** Mobile phone and/or occupation are optional.

Do I, as customer, have access to my data and can I change them?

Of course you, as customer, can always consult and change the data we collected from you. In My account you have access to all data we collected from you. You can gain access to My account by entering your username and password. This way your data will only be accessible to you and not to other customers that visit the website. The data collected will never be handed out to other parties and are only accessed by Joostshop authorized personnel.

Cookies

We would like to install a cookie on your computer. A cookie is a small file that gets send by a server that is accessed by a user (you). This file will then be saved on your hard disk. A cookie does not give us the option to identify you. It only registers your username and password along with your navigation activities on our site.
